Fans watching the ceremony in the stadium and on screens around the world were entertained by the star-studded celebration of Pakistan’s biggest cricket tournament by captivating performances by musicians and artists like Aima Baig, Sahir Ali Bagga, Pasoori sensation Shae Gill, Asim Azhar, and rapper Faris Shafi.

Lahore Qalandars, the reigning champions, and Multan Sultans, the tournament winners from 2021, will face off in the opening rounds. The closing ceremony and championship game will take place in Lahore on March 19.
The PSL 8 Supernova trophy winner will walk away with a check for Rs120 million, and the tournament’s runners-up will get a check for Rs48 million.
